Everything we sell is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.
1. Delivery
There is no physical shipping. After payment is confirmed, access is activated on your account, normally within minutes and at most within 1 business day.
2. How you use it
You sign in to your account on the product's website. You need an internet connection and a current browser. SentinelBrain additionally needs your own MT5 broker account.
3. If access does not arrive
Write to us through the Contact page with your account email and payment date. We respond within 2 business days and fix or refund where we are at fault.
4. Service availability
Services run continuously, with planned maintenance announced in the product when possible.
