Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of element5.me and of products sold by Element Five for Technology ("Element5", "we"). By using the site or buying a product from us you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Element Five for Technology is a company licensed in Amman, Jordan (professional licence no. 52851; national establishment no. 200167639), address: Tla' Al-Ali, Amman, Jordan.
2. Products and who sells them
Element5 sells some products directly (for example SentinelBrain). Other products we build are operated and sold by a separate company named on the product card (for example THE CODE, sold by The Code for Management Services and Transactions W.L.L., Doha, Qatar). For those products the seller's own terms apply and Element5 does not take your payment.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate details, keep your login private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid products are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout, in the currency shown. Card payments are made on the payment gateway's secure hosted page. Prices are shown before you pay. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the services, attempt to break or probe their security, resell access without our written consent, or use them for anything unlawful.
6. SentinelBrain is software, not financial advice
SentinelBrain is trading analytics and risk-management software that works with your own broker account. Element5 is not a broker, does not hold or move your funds, and does not give investment advice. You decide whether to approve each trade. Trading CFDs/forex involves high risk of loss; see the Risk Disclosure. Nothing we publish promises profit.
7. Intellectual property
The software, brand and content remain ours or our licensors'. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the product while your subscription is active.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep services available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including trading losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before it.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the new date here; material changes will be announced in the product. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Amman.
