Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Element Five for Technology collects, why, and what rights you have.
1. Data we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, message); account details (email, language, plan); usage and security logs (IP address, device and browser type, time of access); billing records (what you bought, amount, date). We do not receive or store your card number: card details are entered on the payment gateway's secure hosted page.
For SentinelBrain, you provide your broker connection details. They are stored encrypted in our vault, used only to connect your account through our broker-connection provider, and never shown or shared.
2. Why we use it
To provide and secure the services, take and confirm payments, answer your questions and complaints, meet legal duties, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who receives it
Service providers who run the site and product for us (hosting, email delivery, the payment gateway). They may only use data to serve us. We may also disclose data when the law or a competent authority requires it.
4. Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers of our hosting providers, which may be outside Jordan. We keep it while your account exists and for 12 months after it is closed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies and local storage to run and to remember your language and your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes we will ask for your consent first.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or to receive a copy, subject to the law. Write to us through the Contact page; we answer within 30 days.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes and law
We will post changes here with the new date. This policy is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
