How card payments and your data are protected.
1. Secure hosted payment page
When you pay by card, you are sent to the payment gateway's secure hosted page. You enter your card details there, not on element5.me.
2. We never store card details
Element5 never sees, receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code. We only receive the result of the payment and a reference.
3. Encryption
Our sites are served only over HTTPS. Sensitive data in our products is encrypted in transit and where stored.
4. Statement descriptor
Card statements show our payments under the name “ELEMENT5”, followed by the product name where the bank allows it.
5. Report a problem
If you see a charge you do not recognise or suspect misuse, contact us immediately through the Contact page and also tell your bank.
